Habing Katutubo 6

Habing Katutubo, which means "indigenous weaving", is a personal advocacy project that aims to: champion hand-woven tapestries of local weavers all over the country in ready-to-wear and contemporary fashion designs by our featured designers; conduct a fashion show showcasing authentic and properly worn indigenous wears of different Indigenous Peoples of the Philippines; create opportunity for event suppliers and firsthand exposure among other artist and artisans participating in this event; and, contribute to the economy of tourism by ensuring participation of different people from the fashion and weaving industry coming from different places around the country
